We can categorize athletes level in 3 areas.
Beginner
You did 1 or 2 races, or, never raced at all. We will help you with our plans. Your main goal today is to finish.
Intermediate
You have been doing this lovely sport for more than 1 year and less than 3 in a consistent way. You are looking to unleash your potential and also balancing your life and work obligation.
Advanced
You have big dreams and you have a goal in mind. You want to unleash your full potential and you are aware of your performance. You analyze each workout to understand how it go and what needs to improve. You compete high in your age-group.
