We start with initial fitness tests to get a clear picture of where you're at right now. Basically, it helps us see what you're good at and where you might need a little extra work. This way, when we provide you support, we have the information we need to give you better advise. As you go through your training, we keep doing regular tests to check your progress. It’s like having a GPS for your fitness journey, making sure you’re on track and showing us where we might need to tweak things. This way, you keep moving forward and hitting your fitness goals.
Swim Fitness Test
When we do a swim fitness test, we’re looking at a few key things to see how you perform in the water. First off, we check your endurance—how long you can keep going without getting totally wiped out. Then, we look at your speed and how fast you can swim a certain distance. We also pay attention to your stroke technique, breathing, and how efficient you are in the water. All this helps us figure out your strengths and the areas where you might need some extra practice to become a better swimmer.
Bike Fitness Test
For the bike fitness test, we want to see how well you handle cycling challenges. We'll measure your endurance to see how much power you can generate without losing steam, which shows how strong you are when pedaling. This test gives us a good idea of your current cycling fitness and helps us tailor your training plan to make you a faster and stronger cyclist.
Run Fitness Test
During the run fitness test, we focus on a few important aspects to gauge your running ability. We’ll look at your speed and how fast you can run a certain distance. You can later work with your coach support to improve form and efficiency. By knowing these details, we can adapt a running plan that helps you improve and reach your goals.
